Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards) to provide actionable insights into demand, supply, inventory, and forecast performance.
Ensure data accuracy and measure forecast accuracy, identifying significant deviations and analyzing root causes.
Drive digitalization projects within supply chain processes and collaborate with Demand Planners, Supply Chain Managers, Finance, and Sales teams to standardize data and reporting.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or supply chain planning environments.
Advanced proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools; experience with Robotic Process Automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Automation).
On-site work location in Bangalore, India; ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), PSI, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to business intelligence, forecasting, or commercial analytics is advantageous.
Able to work cross-functionally with various teams to align data and reporting outputs for organizational decision-making.
