Lead the strategic planning process for the Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) Business Unit to align resources, technology, and processes with long-term business goals.
Develop, monitor, and manage KPIs and daily management frameworks to drive operational discipline, problem-solving maturity, and lean transformation in DXR.
