Manage end-to-end payroll operations for India including blue-collar and white-collar employee groups, ensuring accurate salary processing, reconciliations, and full and final settlements.
Ensure timely statutory compliances, audit participation, vendor management, and regulatory reporting (PF, PT, TDS, Gratuity, LWF, etc.) across all payroll jurisdictions in India.

Experienced in handling multi-jurisdiction payroll compliance and audit management in medium to large multinational setups.
Technical proficiency with payroll systems and comfortable leading vendor onboarding and payroll transition projects.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset with ability to manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance, and vendors.
