Support Fixed Income Private Credit Front Office by managing proxy voting activities including special voting requirements and audits.
Administer proxy voting platforms and client account records, handle vote allocations, and ensure timely client voting alerts.
Manage Class Action processes ensuring accurate completion, monitoring, and reconciliation of payments and authorizations.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Investment Operations, with at least 3 years in Proxy Voting and/or Corporate Actions.
Knowledge of ISS Proxy Voting Platform, Proxy Edge (Class Actions), Broadridge Proxy Voting Platform, and Aladdin.
Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics; relevant IOC or Investment Management certification desirable.
Knowledge of CASS regulations including CASS 7 & 8 and associated risk management.
Experienced in end-to-end proxy voting and corporate actions operations within investment management.
Strong operational ownership with ability to manage detailed processes and audit activities under tight deadlines.
Familiarity working closely with internal stakeholders such as Front Office, Risk, Compliance, and external vendor teams in a global financial services environment.
