Build and operate cloud security automation using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins).
Automate AWS security compliance enforcement including policy checks, drift detection, and vulnerability analysis.
Partner with DevOps and Application teams to embed secure-by-design principles via automated security controls and develop reusable security templates and runbooks.
Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years expert-level experience in IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible) OR minimum 5+ years experience if no degree.
3 to 5 years experience in CI/CD automation and orchestration (Jenkins, CloudBees or equivalent) including security guardrails enforcement.
Deep hands-on AWS networking and security expertise with services like VPC, IAM, CloudTrail, Config, Security Hub.
Work timing requires availability between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM Eastern Time with flexibility otherwise; occasional travel to Regional Engagement Hubs (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi/NCR).
Experienced in designing scalable, compliant AWS Security Group standards and controls, with proven collaboration across DevOps and application teams.
Strong understanding of policy-as-code, cloud security posture tools (e.g., Wiz or equivalent), and automation frameworks for security enforcement.
Background in regulated industries or financial services with familiarity of cloud governance frameworks and compliance standards preferred but not mandatory.
