Gather and analyze requirements from Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Business stakeholders specifically for IFRS9 impairment/ECL calculations, ALM, FTP, and liquidity management.
Translate business needs into functional documents (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) and support implementation/enhancements of IFRS9, ALM, FTP, and finance transformation platforms.
Lead validation of business rules, perform data reconciliation/validation, support SIT/UAT testing, and assist with regulatory reporting and process improvements.
5–10 years of experience as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Finance/Risk Systems Analyst.

Experienced in finance transformation programs involving IFRS9 and ALM across cross-functional teams including Risk and Treasury.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum methodologies with strong stakeholder management skills.
Methodical in analyzing financial and risk data models with a focus on detailed documentation and validation processes.
