Design, develop, and maintain lightweight security sensors/agents for asset discovery, network scanning, vulnerability detection, and exposure validation within customer environments.
Build and optimize long-running system software focusing on performance, resource usage, concurrency, and stability across Windows and Linux platforms.
Own and implement secure communication between distributed sensors and cloud services, sensor lifecycle management, diagnostics, telemetry, and logging to facilitate remote troubleshooting.
3-6 years of software development experience, preferably in systems, infrastructure, or security products.
Strong programming skills in C++, Go, or Python.
Deep understanding of Windows/Linux internals, OS fundamentals, networking concepts (TCP/IP, sockets, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, proxies, routing, NAT, firewalls).
Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, inter-process communication, and software security practices.
Background in building endpoint agents, sensors, collectors, daemons, or system services, especially in cybersecurity or endpoint security domains.
Experience with software deployment across large heterogeneous enterprise environments and secure software update mechanisms.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application code, operating systems, networks, and infrastructure, demonstrating strong systems and security engineering skills beyond standard backend development.
