Lead end-to-end Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations for multiple cluster countries, ensuring timely execution and compliance with global policies and local regulations.
Own and manage the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) process globally, including eligibility, calculations, communications, and payroll integration with error-free data reconciliation.
Lead and develop a team of C&B specialists, manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance, and Payroll, and drive operational improvements leveraging HR technology (Workday, SAP).
7 to 10 years of experience in Compensation and Performance function.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or relevant field.
