Conduct deep secondary market research to build structured intelligence on company profiles, ownership relationships, investments, deals, valuations, and corporate events.
Interpret complex deal and ownership changes including M&A transactions, investment rounds, ownership changes, and corporate restructuring often under ambiguous or conflicting information.
Leverage AI-enabled research tools to accelerate research cycles, improve source comparisons, and maintain high data quality and validation in collaboration with global teams.
Minimum 18 months of relevant experience in research, financial/market data, private markets, deals, ownership, or business intelligence.
Post Graduate or BTech degree with an excellent academic record.
Proficient in Excel, Office 365, SharePoint; preferred knowledge of SQL/Python and exposure to AI-assisted research tools and prompt-driven workflows.
Location and onsite requirement: Must work at least 4 days per week in office, flexible 1 day work from home per week.
Experience interpreting structured and unstructured data in private markets, with a solid understanding of deal lifecycle and ownership structures.
Capable of applying judgment under ambiguity and synthesizing conflicting or incomplete market data sources.
Experienced in using AI-enabled productivity tools in a research or data management environment, collaborating across global data, product, and engineering teams.
