5 to 9 years of relevant work experience in secure data exchange or related IT functions.
Experience with MOVEit Secure File Transfer, Trusted eShare or similar platforms, and knowledge of secure file transfer technologies (SFTP, FTP, SSH, HTTPS, APIs).
Understanding of Microsoft 365 services, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Salesforce), Linux and Windows OS, and data protection technologies.
Experienced in managing complex, enterprise secure data exchange environments with competing business priorities.
Capable of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiency.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to collaborate globally and handle compliance and security assessments.
