Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers to resolve HR queries via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, HR case management).
Own resolution of inquiries related to HR policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, leave, payroll, and employee lifecycle.
Manage HR data quality and transactions in Workday and other HR applications; coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes; support HR process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, People Operations, or customer support environment.
Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday and HR case management platforms.
Flexible to work varied hours based on business needs.
Experience working in HR Shared Services or People Operations environments supporting global or regional employee populations.
Strong communication skills with ability to explain HR policies clearly and resolve queries efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced service-oriented environment managing multiple priorities and collaborating virtually.
