Develop and maintain scalable, efficient cloud-native BI applications and intelligent, interactive dashboards using AI-powered tools.
Assess existing BI systems, identify gaps, suggest improvements, and lead migration, transformation, and automation initiatives for cloud environments.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while collaborating with Data and Analytics users to translate business requirements into insights deployment.
Minimum 8 years progressive IT experience, including at least 6 years in BI development and 4 years specifically with TIBCO Spotfire.
Minimum 2 years practical Java development experience, including code testing and error correction, preferably with SpringBoot.
Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Bigtable, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer, Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataprep, BigQuery, GKE, Apache Beam, Apache Airflow, KMS.
Experience with data warehousing concepts, large data volumes, and working knowledge of Git/CI-CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Experienced in building and optimizing BI dashboards and SQL queries for high performance and scalability within cloud-native architectures.
Skilled in cloud platform services, especially Google Cloud Platform, with relevant certifications being advantageous.
Capable of leading technical BI development efforts, mentoring others, and effectively communicating complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing.
