Manage end-to-end global payment operations including SWIFT messages (MT103/MT202), FED Payments, FX transactions, RTGS, and NEFT.
Lead and manage a team of 10+ members ensuring service delivery and SLA adherence in payment processing.
Drive daily operational controls, escalations, MIS reporting, and process improvements related to fund and vendor payments.
10-14 years experience in Payments, Treasury, Banking Operations, or Transfer Agency.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT, FED Payments, FX settlements, and cash management processes.
Prior team management experience is mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Experienced in handling global payment operations for fund-related transactions in a high-volume environment.
Skilled in stakeholder management and resolving payment-related queries across global offices.
Familiarity or experience with Hedge Funds and Private Equity considered an advantage but not mandatory.
