Lead end-to-end cloud operations ensuring availability, reliability, security, performance, and resilience of multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Manage service monitoring, incident response and resolution, and oversee ITSM processes including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Govern a large third-party managed services organization, ensuring delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and operational commitments through performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Significant experience leading enterprise-scale cloud operations and managing multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Experience managing large Cloud Operations teams with governance of third-party managed service providers including vendor performance management (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs).
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and cloud operational tools; work experience required: significant cloud operations leadership experience.
Experienced in driving operational transformation through automation, AIOps, AI-driven operations, and self-service capabilities in cloud environments.
Strong in stakeholder and vendor management with ability to engage business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executives at senior levels.
Proficient in cloud security, risk management, compliance, disaster recovery, and advanced cloud architecture design (HLD/LLD) with hands-on experience in multi-cloud platforms and enterprise IT operations.
