Experienced in integrating enterprise ERP systems (SAP ECC, APO, BPC) with planning platforms and troubleshooting data issues collaboratively with IT teams.
Demonstrated ability in managing testing cycles, scenario management, and training regional planners on o9 platform usage and workflow design.
