Own the definition, prioritization, and delivery of user stories for the Entitlements scrum team, aligning with program strategy and release goals.
Collaborate closely with Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts to build and manage the scrum backlog.
Support software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, process modeling, testing (UAT, SIT, pre-acceptance), and rollout readiness.
7+ years in Business Analyst/Product Owner roles, preferably with BA/PO certifications encouraged.
Experience in Global Custody and/or Asset Servicing environment, specifically entitlements processing.
Proven expertise in Agile methodology including story and EPIC writing, and supporting large multiyear global transformation projects.
Work Experience Required: 13+ years total professional experience with strong functional expertise; experience with BaNCS and/or IMActions systems desired.
Strong knowledge of entitlements processing within Global Custody or Asset Servicing domains.
Experienced in leading cross-functional Agile scrum teams through end-to-end SDLC.
Ability to connect strategic business initiatives into a holistic roadmap, providing oversight and governance on BA deliverables.
