Own and implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency in the trade lifecycle and asset servicing processes.
Track and document process improvements monthly, perform error analysis, risk audits, and investigate exceptions to ensure timely resolution.

Experienced in trade support and custody operations within financial services, especially familiar with trade lifecycle, custody, sub-custodian networks, and financial instruments like equities and bonds.
Detail-oriented with proven ability to perform quality checks, risk mitigation, and implement process improvements.
Capable of multitasking, working under pressure, collaborating with offshore teams, and delivering within established SLAs in a shift-based environment.
