Own end-to-end contract creation and management for won tenders using SAP and Athena systems, ensuring contractual rate timeliness and accuracy.
Maintain and monitor master data integrity and data quality metrics in key systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance to data governance standards.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and operational teams to manage tender timelines, update contracts, provide training, and fulfill ad-hoc customer requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar discipline.
3 – 4 years of experience in Tender & Contract Management process (mandatory).
Expert-level knowledge in SAP Contracting & Invoicing, especially SD Module.
Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex contract lifecycle within logistics or supply chain management environments with strong process orientation.
Demonstrates ability to work independently on contract and master data governance, and capable of training stakeholders globally.
Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams and manage compliance under pressure.
