Manage institutional account lifecycle events including openings, closings, mergers, custodian conversions, and in-kind transfers.
Coordinate asset funding, withdrawals, and reconciliations; prepare and validate account setup documentation; maintain account data and workflows.
Participate in global initiatives, system testing, client/custodian meetings, and support cross-training and documentation efforts.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting.
5 to 8 years of investment management or institutional experience required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with GMAX, Onetis, SCD, and Gplus systems.
Must be able to work the shift from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST.
Experienced in operational support of institutional asset management account lifecycle.
Comfortable working in process-driven, collaborative environments with global teams and stakeholders.
Capable of balancing multiple priorities with strong client service and communication skills.
