Serve as the primary liaison between business lines and Enterprise Data Office to establish shared understanding and governance of data across the organization.
Develop and implement firm-wide data standards, guidelines, and processes to protect critical information assets and improve data quality aligned with business needs.
Facilitate transition from legacy systems to governed enterprise data consumption by collaborating with Data Owners, Stewards, and technology teams, and drive adoption of data literacy and governance best practices.
5–8 years of experience in data management, data governance, analytics, or related discipline.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Data, Technology, Business, or related fields.
Experience supporting data and analytics initiatives within a Line of Business (LOB) preferred but not mandatory.
Work Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
Experienced in implementing Data Governance frameworks including data ownership, stewardship, quality management, metadata, and lifecycle concepts.
Skilled in influencing stakeholders without direct authority and managing relationships cross-functionally.
Familiar with modern data ecosystems such as data warehousing, cloud platforms, and business intelligence tools.
