Prepare and maintain demo and POC environments with accurate configuration, data setup, and validation for supply chain solution demos.
Execute predefined demo scenarios and support POCs and pilots by ensuring environment readiness, scenario resets, and tracking acceptance criteria.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues in demos and maintain documentation such as runbooks and setup guides to ensure repeatability and quality.
3-5 years experience in supply chain planning with consulting, implementation, or pre-sales exposure.
Proficiency with SQL; exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or Python.
Experience supporting enterprise demos, POCs, pilot environments including environment setup, data prep, and scenario execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Operationally oriented with ability to independently execute scripted demo scenarios consistently, escalating when necessary.
Knowledgeable in supply chain workflows and able to link demo scenarios to real customer use cases and expected outcomes.
Disciplined with strong documentation skills to support high-quality, repeatable demo execution and collaborative knowledge sharing.
