Experienced in independently handling complex Blue Yonder product issues, providing structured root cause analysis and collaborating with product SMEs.
Demonstrated ability to lead customer calls, provide technical guidance, and document knowledge for peer support.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with Product Development and Consulting, leveraging automation tools and next-gen technologies like AI/ML, Splunk, Python, and Azure (preferred).
