Own analysis of program and field data to identify implementation progress, gaps, trends and generate actionable insights for the state team.
Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and presentations to support program monitoring, communication, and quality improvement.
Support state-level operations including planning, reviews, documentation, cross-functional coordination, and government or donor engagements.
3-5 years of relevant experience in program operations, data analysis, M&E, reporting, research or similar roles.
Experience with education, development sector or government programs preferred but not mandatory.
Strong skills in data analysis, report writing (English and Hindi), presentation and data visualization tools.
Ability and willingness to travel across Uttarakhand for field visits and program reviews.
Experienced in working with field teams and translating complex data into actionable program insights and recommendations.
Comfortable managing multiple operational functions including documentation, knowledge management, and stakeholder communication.
Able to operate independently with strong coordination skills to bridge field realities with program priorities.
