Conduct foundational, generative, and evaluative UX research to identify new opportunities and influence product strategy across the product lifecycle.
Apply mixed-methods qualitative research techniques including ethnographic studies, diary studies, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations to understand user behaviors and motivations.
Communicate research insights effectively through storytelling, data visualization, and presentations, including to senior leadership, to inform product decisions and strategy.

Skilled in influencing decision-making at senior leadership levels through clear communication and compelling presentation of research findings.
Has advanced education (Master’s preferred) in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or closely related fields.
