Experienced in handling advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments at L2 support level.
Comfortable working with multiple Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune, and on-premises Exchange in hybrid setups.
Familiar with documentation, stakeholder management, and escalating issues to L3/engineering teams effectively in a high-pressure, SLA-driven environment.
