Manage and implement a large portfolio of customer accounts ensuring the Replicon solution meets business needs.
Own overall project management, stakeholder and customer engagement including interacting with PMO, C-level executives, and operational heads.
Develop engagement strategies, oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and delivery with clear success criteria and risk mitigation plans.
8+ years total experience with at least 6+ years in consulting, customer delivery, or implementation of business software (ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SaaS).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years with strong consulting and implementation experience.
Experienced in managing multiple complex software implementation engagements simultaneously at enterprise level.
Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and integration handling.
Proven ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with senior executives (C-level, HR/Payroll heads).
