Experienced in leading and managing DLP operations with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Purview and enterprise data protection tools.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global business and technical teams to manage incidents, tune policies, and support compliance.
Comfortable working under ITIL frameworks focusing on KPI/SLA management and continuous service improvements in a multicultural environment.
