Manage production readiness through CI/CD, monitoring, rollback, recovery, and transition to operational teams, ensuring governance, testing, and performance standards are met.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 8-13 years of experience.
Demonstrated end-to-end technical ownership of at least one production AI, ML, software, data, or automation solution delivering measurable enterprise value.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in production software, APIs, services, data flows, evaluation pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
Experience translating complex business problems into executable technical designs and delivery plans while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced expertise in at least one key area: Applied AI/ML, GenAI/RAG/agents, full-stack/integration engineering, or AI platform/MLOps with broad lifecycle knowledge.
Capable of technical leadership and problem solving in ambiguous situations, balancing value, speed, quality, compliance, and supportability across global teams.
Experience working in regulated environments (life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare) and building reusable frameworks, standards, and mentoring others is a plus.
