Lead design and implementation of end-to-end finance functional solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), including accounting, compliance, costing, and reporting.
Conduct finance business process discovery and requirements workshops with senior finance stakeholders and translate these into D365 F&O configurations compliant with GAAP/IFRS.
Mentor junior consultants, manage finance workstreams, oversee testing and data migration, and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience with D365 F&O, including at least 3 years in full lifecycle implementations.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years with D365 F&O including at least 3 years in full lifecycle implementation.
Experience in manufacturing industry finance with expertise in standard costing, production variance analysis, WIP accounting, and inventory valuation.
Proven ability to lead complex finance solution design and engage senior finance executives effectively.
Experience mentoring consultants, driving continuous improvement in D365 F&O implementations, and advising on finance best practices in multi-entity regulatory environments.
