Own end-to-end operational responsibility for the OneStream FP&A platform including system stability, performance, capacity, and upgrade planning.
Lead governance, data integrity, and compliance efforts ensuring accurate, trusted data flows and adherence to ITGC and SOX controls.
Manage and develop the platform administration team, drive internal capability building, reduce dependency on external partners, and oversee change control processes.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) mandatory at hire; OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) required within 6–12 months.
Minimum 8 years of relevant finance systems experience with at least 5 years in senior/leadership roles and strong hands-on OneStream expertise or comparable platform experience with willingness to certify rapidly.
Experience leading platform BAU operations, governance, vendor management, and managing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations; work location in India.
Experienced senior leader with deep OneStream (or equivalent FP&A platform) technical and operational expertise in large, complex global finance functions.
Proven track record of establishing governance, system controls, and managing cross-functional stakeholders including vendors and IT partners.
Strong people leader able to build team capability, cross-train, and develop direct reports while driving strategic platform enhancements and automation initiatives.
