Mid-level generalist cloud BDM title with vendor familiarity and metro hiring dynamics increases competition.
Core sales skills transfer across tech, but cloud vendor and channel specialization limit cross-industry mobility.
Explicit 4–8+ years plus mandatory cloud/channel sales and enterprise deal experience makes shortlisting moderately strict.
