Own end-to-end service management for a set of strategic Microsoft Azure partners, including health checks, partner relationship building, and maintaining a Partner Health Dashboard.
Manage Azure business hygiene and operational continuity covering subscription status, billing, usage, Partner Center administration, and proactively prevent service disruptions.
Lead escalation and incident management, coordinate across internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders to resolve critical partner issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3–8 years experience in Microsoft Cloud, Azure operations, cloud support, service management, CSP operations, or partner management.
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center portal, Azure subscriptions, Azure Plan management, and billing lifecycle required.
Must hold or be willing to obtain Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900); Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) highly preferred.
Experienced managing strategic or enterprise Microsoft Azure partners or customers, preferably in a distributor, CSP, or managed services environment.
Strong operational and service management orientation with ability to coordinate across multiple teams and handle critical escalations end-to-end.
Data-driven and process-focused mindset with experience in dashboard/reporting development and driving operational hygiene and continuous improvement.
