Lead and implement data warehousing strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving data-driven decision-making.
Oversee integration, optimization, and automation of data products and pipelines in Snowflake, dbt, HVR, and related cloud/data lake environments while ensuring data quality, security, and governance.

Hands-on experience with cloud data lakes (AWS S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Snowflake), programming in Python/SQL, pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Step Functions), and DevOps for data (Terraform/CloudFormation, CI/CD).
Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, security, batch and real-time processing; experience with data governance tools (Unity Catalog, Collibra, Atlan) is required.
Senior-level professional with proven leadership in Snowflake data warehousing teams and complex cloud/on-prem data architectures.
Experienced in integrating and optimizing data pipelines with a focus on performance, cost management, and compliance.
Strategic thinker comfortable managing multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating across functions to drive data-driven business decisions.
