Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models with emphasis on Language Models and Generative AI.
Independently handle projects by translating business problems into AI/ML solutions, and provide technical direction to team members.
Collaborate with research teams and partners to build end-to-end AI/ML/NLP solutions, and communicate insights through data visualization for product improvements.
5 to 8 years of experience as Data Scientist or Generative AI specialist with 2 to 3 years specifically in Generative AI solution development.
Proficiency with Open and Closed source LLMs (e.g. Llama, GPT, Claude), and frameworks like LlamaIndex, Langchain, and Autogen.
Strong coding skills in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with NLP tools (NLTK, SpaCy, etc.) and Vector Databases (e.g. Pinecone, Qdrant).
Bachelor’s degree in BE/BTech/MCA or PhD; prior domain experience in Mobility or Healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in independently leading technical projects and mentoring team members in AI/ML model development.
Deep expertise in building, fine-tuning, and deploying generative and transformer-based language models, with practical knowledge of RAG, Agents, and Guardrails.
Strong communicator capable of translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations and persuading diverse stakeholders.
