Proven ability to manage end-to-end support and transformation in workforce management systems including timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll integration.
Experience navigating matrixed global organizations and working with cross-functional business and vendor partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated capability in process improvement, system testing, and stakeholder communication.
