Own end-to-end settlement process and accounting including statements and ledgers validation.

Manage a team of 10-12 associates, present KPIs, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and risk controls.
8-12 years of experience in Cash Reconciliation.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or business-related coursework.
Strong knowledge of settlement process, trade lifecycle, NOSTRO/payment systems (MT202, MT103, MT910, MT940), and reconciliation tools (e.g., Intellimatch).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experienced in managing medium-sized operations teams with multiple shifts.
Strong in stakeholder management with ability to communicate effectively across teams and external agents.
Demonstrates thorough understanding of settlement and reconciliation with commercial acumen and risk control orientation.
