8+ years overall experience with at least 5 years specializing in Workday integrations involving Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, PECI, SOAP and REST APIs.
Proficient in complex calculated fields and advanced reporting in Workday.
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience working with 3rd party vendors.
Experienced in Workday integration design and implementation with strong technical and consultative skills to align integration solutions with business needs.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks and working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with advanced Workday features like Extend/Prism, Orchestrate and middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus but not mandatory.
