Proven capability in designing and leading automation frameworks, mentoring early-career engineers, and managing CI/CD pipelines for reliable test integration and reporting.
Interest or experience in AI/ML quality engineering and applying agentic AI tools to enhance testing productivity is a plus but not mandatory.
