Support Data Scientists and Product Owners by analyzing large datasets and preparing data to test hypotheses or support prototypes within Research Data Platform domains.
Create basic insights and recommendations, lead low-complexity analytics efforts, and review metrics such as precision and recall for data science algorithms at scale.
Communicate findings and updates effectively to global stakeholders, aligning analytics activities with Data Scientists and Product Managers.
Minimum 3 years work experience.
Proficiency in coding with at least one programming language (preferably Python) and SQL.
Experience with Pandas, Apache Spark/Databricks, Snowflake SQL, Collibra, and knowledge of basic statistics relevant to data science (precision, recall, F-score).
High level of English communication skills; familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA) and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced with data analysis in scientific research or technology platforms supporting scientific data products.
Capable of independently executing projects with attention to detail and analytical rigor while supporting a cross-functional analytics team.
Effective at building and maintaining working relationships with data science and product teams and communicating complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
