Lead and deliver multiple complex finance transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and completion within scope, time, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks while ensuring strong governance and reporting.
Collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams (IT, HR) to define project objectives and coach project managers on best finance project management and transformation practices.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce/financial accounting & auditing; MBA or related postgraduate qualification preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in leading finance transformation projects including process migrations, transitions, program and change management.
Strong knowledge of finance operations including accounting, financial planning & analysis, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (MS Office, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint); experience working with global teams and flexible to work in shifts.
Proven track record in delivering measurable improvements through transformational finance initiatives improving cost, efficiency, or financial reporting quality.
Experience in a global finance or matrixed environment managing geographically dispersed teams and collaborating with IT and business units.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster highly desirable, along with expertise in emerging finance technologies (e.g., RPA, AI).
