Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Cloud, Azure operations, cloud support, service management, CSP operations, or partner management.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center and Microsoft Azure services including subscriptions, billing, provisioning, and customer management.
Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900); Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) highly preferred.
Experienced in managing strategic Microsoft Azure partners or enterprise customer service operations in distributor or CSP environments.
Proficient in operational data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and driving process improvements for cloud service management.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure partner service health and operational compliance.
