Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing and operational activities across multiple Blue Dart units, maintaining operational productivity and service quality.

Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, loading/unloading, and operational reconciliation in logistics or warehousing environments.
Demonstrates strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and adherence to SOPs in high volume operational settings.
Proven ability to support team coaching, balance workloads, and participate in process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.
