Manage daily operational activities related to shipment handling including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading and unloading across service centres, hubs, warehouses, and processing units.
Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing to meet service level agreements and operational productivity targets.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and quality controls while supporting shift in-charges and peak operations.
Minimum 10th Standard pass educational qualification; higher education is advantageous.
Work Experience Required: Fresher up to 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar operational environments.
Physically fit to perform activities involving standing, walking, lifting, and shipment movement throughout shifts.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable working in physically active, fast-paced operational settings with a focus on shipment accuracy and productivity.
Capability to handle technology tools such as barcode scanners, mobile devices, and basic computer applications used in shipment processing.
Reliable and disciplined in adhering to SOPs, safety protocols, operational discipline, and representing the Blue Dart brand professionally.
