3–5 years experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics or hub operations, including managing hub or mid-mile logistics operations.
Experience with surface linehaul operations, shipment tracking, and operational performance management.
Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant logistics or hub operations context.
Experienced in managing high-volume eCommerce hub or surface network operations with track record of operational accuracy and SLA adherence.
Able to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Linehaul, Network Operations, Customer Service) to ensure network connectivity and timely shipment movement.
Familiar with logistics management systems and operational reporting to drive performance monitoring and process improvements.
