Support daily operations in shipment handling, processing, and movement within Blue Dart’s network (Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, PUDs).
Ensure accurate shipment sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading and timely shipment flow to meet service standards.
Maintain operational records, assist in reconciliation, adhere to safety standards, and support shift in-charges in meeting daily targets.
Minimum 10th Standard pass educational qualification.
Work Experience Required: Fresher to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar operational role.
Physically fit for tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, shipment handling during shifts.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experienced or fresh candidates with aptitude for operational roles in logistics or related sectors.
Able to follow SOPs strictly, maintain safety compliance, and work under shift-based, target-driven operations.
Comfortable with basic computer skills, handheld scanner use, and maintaining operational accuracy under productivity pressure.
