Support daily shipment handling and processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and shipment reconciliation.
Ensure operational productivity, shipment accuracy, safety compliance, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.
Assist shift in-charges to meet operational targets and support peak volume and contingency operations while maintaining professional conduct and discipline.
Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass (higher qualifications advantageous).
Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar environments.
Physically fit for standing, walking, lifting, and shipment movement; ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading skills and basic computer/handheld scanner usage.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, physical operational environments such as logistics hubs and warehouses.
Ability to follow strict operational procedures and safety standards consistently.
