Support day-to-day shipment processing and operations including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading across service centers, hubs, warehouses, and PUDs.
Maintain shipment accuracy, operational productivity, and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards including SOPs and security protocols.
Assist shift in-charges in achieving daily operational targets and support peak volume and contingency operations while maintaining operational documentation and data accuracy.
Minimum 10th Standard pass; higher qualifications are a plus.
Fresher or up to 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar environments.
Physically fit for standing, walking, lifting, and shipment movement throughout shifts; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading skills and basic computer/mobile scanner usage skills required.
Operationally disciplined individual capable of maintaining high safety and quality standards while handling shipment processing tasks.
Comfortable working under shift-based, high-volume operational environments with a focus on timely and accurate shipment movement.
Collaborative with ability to assist shift in-charges and contribute to process improvements and peak operations support.
