Manage and oversee end-to-end shift operations for one or more Non Metro Branches, BDOs, or Service Centres, including inbound/outbound shipment processing, pickup, and dispatch coordination.
Lead and deploy operational manpower, ensuring operational productivity, safety, compliance with SOPs, and customer service adherence during assigned shifts.
