Support day-to-day shipment processing and operational activities across Blue Dart locations including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and reconciliation.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and service quality while maintaining high productivity and accuracy in shipment handling.
Assist shift in-charges in achieving daily operational targets and support peak volume and contingency operations.
Minimum 10th Standard pass education; higher qualifications advantageous.
Fresher or up to 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar environments.
Physically fit for operational tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting shipments throughout the shift.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable working in frontline logistics operations with focus on accuracy, safety, and operational discipline.
Experience or aptitude for shipment handling and using barcode scanners/handheld devices for processing and data entry.
Able to maintain punctuality, grooming standards and follow SOPs strictly in a team-based, fast-paced operational environment.
