Assist SEC Reporting Manager in preparing and delivering quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and other related public financial disclosures.
Coordinate external financial reporting activities including earnings release materials in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
Manage financial data flow into SEC filing tool (Workiva), maintain XBRL taxonomy, and ensure accuracy through Tic and Tie processes.
Bachelor’s or University Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance within a large corporation or public accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Experience with Workiva WDesk is a plus; ability to handle confidential corporate accounting information.
Experienced with SEC reporting processes and public company financial disclosures, including coordination with auditors and legal teams.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex data reconciliation and report automation using tools like Workiva.
Comfortable working in a high visibility role interfacing with senior management and external stakeholders.
